Physio, Knitting & New e-Book

Hello My-Sorely-Neglected-But-Still-So-Dear-Readers,

It has been too long since I posted. There hasn’t been anything overly exciting going on, the days just seem to have been slipping by. I have been trying to sleep more, a futile quest as I have discovered. I have still been walking, of course, and I have a backlog of pics to share, so some new S. Walks posts will be coming in the next couple of days. Beyond lying in bed most days for hours, I did start physio this week!! I am sore, exhausted and just a bit discouraged. I have noticed that I am even more lethargic when I don’t have your wonderful comments to read and encouragement to lift  my spirits…

Such a Rainy, Gloomy Day

Today was another grey, icky and rainy day. I only went for one walk today, but it was a long walk. I haven’t really been to a mall since my surgery, (I know! Almost three months!) but I went today!

I had to take the bus there, there isn’t a mall in my area. I wanted a tea steeper that holds enough leaves for a pot of tea rather than a cup and haven’t been able to find one at any of the stores I can walk to so I decided to journey further today.

S. Walks! – May 12, 2011

Today was a very uninteresting day. It was rainy-ish out so I only walked once today. I hate grey days, especially when there is that damp cold that seeps into your bones. Today was like that, so I stayed in bed. I actually ended up sleeping for a couple of hours, but I woke up with a headache and feeling really groggy so I just lazed around. Anyways, now it is almost 1 am and I can’t sleep so I thought I would quickly post some photos from a brighter day.
